My client can't join
The usual causes — and the quick fixes.
Run through these

On a phone with a non-Zoom provider
Non-Zoom providers (Meet, Teams, Webex, Zoho) need their app installed on mobile — ask your client to install it, or meet on Zoom. (Why this happens.)

They're early
The Join button unlocks at the start time. If you're running ahead, that's expected — they'll be able to join at the scheduled minute.

The link expired or leaked
Make a fresh meeting link in your video app and update it on the room — same branded page, new meeting.

Free-tier time limits
Free Zoom caps meetings at 40 minutes; free Teams/Zoho at 60. If a call cut off, that's the provider's limit — a paid plan removes it.
